Ecology Adventure: Team-Building Course

Get your group going!  The Team-Building Course has more than a dozen challenges to help your team practice lending a helping hand, cheering each other on, compromising, and thinking outside the box!

This is a low-intensity course - no rappelling or high ropes - but it keeps you moving, balancing, and stretching!

What is it an Ecology Adventure?
Each challenge comes with background information about the ecology of the Appalachian mountains or Rockcastle River.  These stories are interesting - and may hold a clue about how to accomplish the challenge!

How many people do you need?
The course can accommodate from 5 - 20.
We can make arrangements for larger groups.  Please contact us for options.
Who can participate?
  • Teams
  • Community Groups
  • Faculty/Staff
  • Scouts
  • Churches/Youth Groups
  • Families

The course is designed to be 1-1/2 to 2 hours in length.
You can extend your visit by utilizing the pavilions, grill, or fire pit for a picnic lunch or hiking the beautiful trails.

Parking is limited.  Carpooling is recommended.
